Party Puffins with Celebrations Tags Dies for #ff0122

 Hello and thanks for visiting!

Today's fun birthday card is a Waterfall Card for the Festive Friday Challenge.  Please click the hyperlink to visit their blog and choose 3 items from the National Cake Day inspiration list and then go create a card :)

This card is also inspired by my son and one of his favourite sports teams, so to keep it simple I chose the team colours, a simple and quick way to personalize a card.

Birthday Sentiment, Candle, Pop Up

***  The Trix ***

*  Use Adhesive Sheets, #152334 when die cutting the candles & balloons to ensure they're secured adhered to the card and won't catch as the card is played with :)

*  Watch Lisa Curcio's video!  I love Lisa's step by step guide to create this card.  I used the measurements from the Official Project Sheet, she offers in her blog post, but I switched it up a bit.  I adhered the die cuts directly on the waterfall strip, created a colour border with narrow strips of cardstock & embossed the centre of the base layer.  ** Click here to watch Lisa's video.

*  The 2" x 9" waterfall strip is scored at 2" , 2 3/4" , 3 1/2" , 4 1/4"

***  Click here to shop the supplies to create this card and please remember to use the monthly Host Code when your order is between $60 - $135.

Stampin' Up!® will provide a Last Chance Products Category in the online store in the next few weeks.  An advantage of being a demonstrator is I get the 'inside scoop' - I know now what's is retiring and what products will carry over to a future catalogue, it definitely helps my plan my purchases.

Enjoy & have a super day!
