A Clean & Simple Congrats

 Hello and thanks for visiting!

Today's inspiration comes from LeAnne's Sketch at The Paper Players Challenge #592  & Stampin' Up Only Challenges #302 For The Kids theme - I chose to congratulate a graduate!  Please click the hyperlinks to visit their blog post to enjoy even more inspiration!

Some of you may know I love embellishments, so these fab Brass Butterflies, #158136 are the focal point of the card and thank goodness they've carried over into the new Annual Catty or I'd have to go into hoard shopping mode - Ha!  The Happy & Heartfelt Stamp Set #158005 is retiring, I love the sentiments in this set, so it'll be a keeper in my stash for sure.  I used the retired Meadow Moments Embossing Folder, #153126, choose whichever embossing folder you like for added texture on the all white card.

Assembly & Trix:

*  The only ***Trix to this card is to keep it simple, white & black with a touch of brass and add texture with an embossing folder and ribbon.

*  The embossed strip of Basic White measures 1 1/4 x 5, and is glued to a 3 3/4 x 5 piece of Basic White cardstock on a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 Thick Basic White card base.

***Trix attach the White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon, #151326 with Stampin' Seal to the back of the card layers, then tie it on the front so it looks like it's floating and loose for some added dimension.

*  Adhere the card layer to the base with dimensionals, and don't scrimp on the dimensionals, so your card doesn't sag in the middle.

*** Click here to shop and please remember to use the monthly Host Code when your order is between $60 - $135 and then I can send you a little thank you in the mail the following month.  May Host Code ZBHBGA6N
