Party Puffins for #jai594 & #tgifc359

Today's card is inspired by two challenges, the Just Add Ink Challenge #594 is 'Masking' - & I love masking - so woohoo for that! Assembly & Trix:

The Trix with this card is to create the balloons with the 'Masking Technique'  *Please check back later this week for a how to video of the masking technique!  

*  The Party Puffins stamp set, #155054 provides the super cute image and sentiment on a Tailor Made Tag Die, #155563.

*  The 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 Pacific Point card base has an 1/4 inch strip of Supple Shimmer Specialty Paper, #158068 to the left of the 2 1/2 Basic White strip.  

*  The White Baker's Twine from the Essentials Pack, #155475 creates the balloon strings, and the bling  is from the Rhinestone Waves Basic Jewels, #159396.
