Today's card uses *2 Free* stamp sets, available during Sale-A-Bration (SAB) Driving By is an awesome little stamp set perfect for colouring, available with a $60 order. I used the Stampin' Blends Markers to colour this little car.
The extra special little bit on this card is the Supply Shimmer Specialty Paper. One sheet of this paper is Pool Party, it's terrific to work with, cuts beautifully with the Stampin' Up!® Paper Trimmer, Item #152392, and with our Dies. I used the Layering Circles Dies #151770 to cut a background circle to highlight the car.
The car is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, then coloured with Balmy Blue Stampin' Blends Markers. The balloons are coloured with Pool Party blends, then the image was die cut using Tasteful Labels #152886. Everything is adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue (glue) to a 3 3/4 x 5 piece of Pool Party Cardstock (CS) that was embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder and adhered to a 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 Pool Party card base with Stampin' Dimensionals (dimensionals)
The sentiment is from another *Free Sale-A-Bration Stamp set called Special Moments. This set is available with a $120 purchase. It's stamped it with Memento Ink on Basic White Cardstock and adhered with dimensionals.
