Today's card is for the TGIF Challenge 306 - a colour challenge! Using the beautiful spring colours of Just Jade, Gorgeous Grape & Daffodil Delight. Please click on the TGIFC306 image to visit their blog and enjoy the inspiration!
I planned to use the Happiest Of Birthdays stamp set but then,....Hey Birthday Chick crept in, like always lately :) Please comment below and let me know which card you prefer.

Here's the card details,
*As I began creating I realized I didn't have everything I 'thought' I needed to create the card, so I switched up my initial plan. I don't have Stampin' Write or Stampin' Blends Markers in these colours, instead I used Sponge Daubers and post it notes to colour the font in the three colours. The Stamparatus helped to ensure even ink coverage.
*The chicks were stamped with Memento Black Ink and I used Blender Pens to colour the hats and the chicks.
* 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 Basic White card base with a 3 7/8 x 5 3/8 Basic White card layer.
